Returns & Refunds Policy

At BMS Ltd, we aim to provide high-quality electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and renewable energy products together with excellent customer service. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and our procedures in relation to returns, cancellations, and refunds.


Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the following methods:

Please always quote your order number or invoice number when requesting a cancellation.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Any deposit or payment made will be refunded in full

  • Refunds will be issued in cash or by bank transfer, depending on the original payment method and what is most convenient at the time of cancellation


Returns Policy

You may return eligible products within one (1) year from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return and refund:

  • The product must be unused and not installed

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved by our staff, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Method

Refunds will be made:

  • In cash or

  • By bank transfer

whichever is deemed most convenient at the time of the return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or altered

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or improper storage

  • Consumable items such as filters, cartridges, seals, hoses, batteries, items with many small parts such as flushing systems, kitchen wastes, flexible pipes or other wear-and-tear components

  • Special-order or custom items (unless faulty)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Report an Issue

Please contact us by email or telephone and provide:

  • Your invoice or order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect items

If the claim is accepted, BMS Ltd will arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost, provided the issue was reported within the required timeframe.

⚠️ Important: Please do not install damaged items. Installed items cannot be replaced or refunded.


Responsibility After Delivery

Once goods are signed for upon delivery or collected from our premises, responsibility for the products passes to the purchaser.

  • Visual inspection upon delivery is strongly recommended
