BMS Ltd supplies high‑quality electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and renewable energy products, including but not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, vanities, water systems, shower cubicles, and commercial fittings.

All products are subject to availability at the time of ordering.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices displayed on our website include VAT at 18%, unless stated otherwise

  • Prices and product specifications may be amended at any time without prior notice

  • We take all reasonable care to ensure pricing accuracy, however errors may occur

If a pricing error is identified after an order is placed, BMS Ltd reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders & Acceptance

  • An order is considered accepted only once payment has been received and confirmed

Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection services are provided in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Risk and responsibility for goods pass to the customer once items are signed for upon delivery or collected from our premises.

Returns & Refunds

Installed, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return or refund, unless faulty and reported within the required timeframe.

Warranty
