Details

Areas of application

  • Anchor and breakthrough drilling in concrete, masonry and natural stone
  • Suitable for all hammer drills with SDS-plus chuck

Product advantages

  • Very long service life in concrete
One-piece solid carbide head (Ø 5 mm - Ø 20 mm) with optimized transition to the spiral groove leads to a very good connection between the carbide head and the drill body
2 different Ø-specific spiral designs combine the performance of the carbide head with a fast removal of drilling dust, for a very good drilling result
  • Very long service life in reinforced concrete
Unique 3-cutter design combines the advantages of a multi-cutter and a 2-cutter - long service life in concrete and high reinforcement resistance, reduced vibration and high drilling speed
  • 2 different spiral designs
Up to Ø 10 mm optimized spiral with rounded edges and from Ø 10 mm 2-part, reinforced spiral for even better drilling dust removal
  • Triple spiral Ø 5 mm - Ø 8 mm
Reinforced cross-section with very good fit to the solid carbide head
Concave shape (curved inwards) increases core stability by 15% and ensures fast drilling dust removal
  • 2-part spiral Ø 10 mm - Ø 28 mm
Up to 36% increased spiral volume with a direct transition from solid carbide head to the spiral for optimized dust removal and high drilling speed
Weight reduction of up to 20% for optimized impact transmission of the hammer drill
  • Safe and practical
Circular holes for secure anchoring (e.g. for dowels)
Wear marking ensures dimensionally accurate holes
Centering point for exact spot drilling and optimal drilling guidance

Processing instructions

  • When using long drill bits, first drill the hole with a short drill bit of the same diameter

Notes

  • Ø 5 mm - Ø 20 mm with one-piece solid carbide head
  • Ø 22 mm - Ø 28 mm with 3-cutter carbide plate
